Attraction Details: The Sault Ste. Marie Waterfront Walkway is located in Sault Ste Marie in Ontario’s Algoma Country along the St Mary’s River. The walkway spans 1.6 miles (2.6 km) of a scenic boardwalk along the river with observation and fishing platforms that extend from the boardwalk over the water. Watch the water traffic going to and from Soo Locks and take a leisurely stroll and enjoy the view. There are park benches and picnic tables along the walkway. Along the way you will come across the Roberta Bondar Park and Tent Pavilion and end at the Art Gallery of Algoma.
