Drums and shakers will also be available if you don’t have your own.Then, settle into a Restorative yoga practice guided by Sarah, while both Sarah and Anne-Marie offer hands-on Usui and Ascension Reiki as they move gently throughout the space.Restorative yoga supports the body in passive, fully supported poses, encouraging the nervous system to unwind and the body to open gently and naturally.
