This is a deeply relaxing, live music event. A meditative journey. An immersion into sound and vibrational healing.

The experience begins with each person lying down in a comfortable position on a yoga mat. Please bring a pillow for your comfort if you would like one. We use the sounds of crystal singing bowls and the native flute to invite healing, self-discovery, and rejuvenating effects.This is a gentle, yet powerful experience for the mind, body and soul.

In addition, Anne-Marie will administer energy healing to each participant to add to the experience.
